华鸿·珑璟园位于江苏省北部宿迁市,地块东侧与南侧拥有水域与市政公园,自然环境良好佳。北侧毗邻学校,有较多的人流移动,地理位置极佳。周边大型商业体勾画出不夜的丰茂万象,以城市生活潮流内核,拱卫璀璨的时尚之心 。

Located in Suqian City, northern Jiangsu Province, Huahong-Longjing Garden has a water and municipal park on the east and south sides of the site, with a good natural environment. Excellent location on the north side adjacent to the school, with a high level of foot traffic movement. The large commercial buildings around the area are the epitome of the city's trendy city life and the heart of the city's glittering fashion.


在这个示范区百花齐放的市场环境下,在示范区规划的条件下,什么样的定位和特色IP才能让人耳目一新找到属于项目本身的灵魂所在?如何在市场上做到刷新式的时尚景观发布?

在另一个半球欧洲最大的丝绸中心米兰科莫,也有着同样的城市历程,作为一个湖畔城市,科莫已成为世界上顶尖的丝绸产地,为 GIVENCHY 等顶级品牌,输出丝绸原料与时尚设计。阿尔卑斯山的科莫湖,是世界著名风景休闲度假胜地,也常被世人称作做“上帝眷恋的后花园”。

Milan Como, Europe's largest silk centre in the other hemisphere, shares the same urban journey, as a lakeside city, Como has become the world's top silk producer, exporting silk raw materials and fashion designs for top brands like Givenchy.Lake Como in the Alps is a world-famous scenic retreat and is often referred to as "God's back garden".





世界的两端,米兰科莫与江苏宿迁的文化背景截然不同,但对于“居住时尚”的探究,却有可能殊途同归。一条丝绸之路衔接的两座城市,经过近十个世纪的发展历程,再次以时尚之名,珑璟园这个名字连结在一起。

Two ends of the world, Milan Como and Suqian, Jiangsu Province, have very different cultural backgrounds, but it is possible to explore the "residential fashion"... The two cities are on the same path. A silk road linking the two cities, after nearly ten centuries of development, once again in the name of fashion, by the name of Loong King Yuen. 众所周知,纪梵希一直以大气优雅的时尚元素打动消费者,黑色的基底和金色的花纹样式奠定了作品的设计基础,我们在设计中也汲取了这一色彩搭配基调,旨在打造大气轻奢的景观氛围。

As we all know, Givenchy has always impressed consumers with atmospheric and elegant fashion elements, the black base and the gold pattern patterns laid the foundation of the design, we also draw on this color palette in the design to create an atmospheric and luxury landscape atmosphere.

以缎带作为核心视觉元素联系两座丝绸城市的时尚,缎带也是设计师灵感的一种具象纽带 ,打开缎带的同时,就将进入现代的美好生活。

With the ribbon as the core visual element linking the two silk cities' fashion, the ribbon is also a figurative link to the designer's inspiration, which is to open the ribbon and enter the modern good life.



项目设计以环境动线分为5个体验空间,由缎带的连接,循序渐进强化景观体验感,突出步移景异的感官节奏变化 ,犹如参加时尚发布会节奏,从灵感走向高潮 。生活也是如此,时尚源于生活,这就是珑璟园的景观主题。

The design of the project is divided into five experience spaces with environmental movement lines, which are connected by ribbons, gradually enhancing the landscape experience and highlighting the change of scenery. It is like attending a fashion show, from inspiration to climax. Fashion comes from life, which is the theme of the landscape of Loong King Park.

示范区建筑空间呈线性布局,将整个示范区分割形成了多个狭长的空间,景观设计最大的难点在于如何解决各个空间之间的连续性和整体性,强调景观与建筑之间层层递进的空间感受,同时需要注重景观与建筑、室内空间的有效融合,让有限的空间利用建筑通透的玻璃幕墙进行无限放大和延伸。景观设计让示范区前场的迎宾展示空间和后场的精致化庭院空间自然过渡交融渗透,从空间气质到材料运用保证建筑到景观的高度统一性 。

The greatest difficulty of landscape design is how to solve the continuity and unity between each space, emphasizing the progressive feeling of space between landscape and building, and at the same time, it needs to pay attention to the effective integration of landscape, building and indoor space, so that the limited space can be infinitely enlarged and extended by the building's transparent glass curtain wall. The landscape design allows for the natural transition between the reception display space in the front of the demonstration area and the refined courtyard space in the back, ensuring a high degree of unity between the building and the landscape from the spatial temperament to the use of materials.

景观风格定位结合建筑立面进行元素提取再设计,在原有大都会风格基础上融入现代设计语言,在强调大都会景观风格的厚重与尊贵的同时融入了室内精装设计的细节与多变,在设计语言上进行提升与创新。

The landscape style is positioned in conjunction with the building façade for element extraction and redesign, incorporating modern design language on the basis of the original metropolitan style, emphasizing the heaviness and dignity of the metropolitan landscape style while incorporating the details and variability of the interior finishing design, upgrading and innovation in the design language.






入口设计昭示性景观门头,结合大区后期入口管控同步考虑,对景水幕景墙彰显尊贵礼遇,节点与细节进一步体现景观铸造工艺与匠心精神,石材的用心打磨,不同材料碰撞结合……,同时考虑夜晚门头与植物的照明与氛围感的表达,与售楼部相得益彰。

The entrance design demonstrates the landscape door head, combined with the late entrance control of the district synchronous consideration, the water curtain on the view of the wall to show the noble courtesy, nodes and details further reflect the landscape casting process and the spirit of craftsmanship, stone polishing, different materials collide with the combination ..., while considering the night door head and plants lighting and the expression of the sense of atmosphere, and sales department complement each other.

示范区充分体现大都会建筑风格古典与现代的融合,利用几何元素设计出灵动的建筑景观。沉稳大气又兼具古典与现代特色的门形入口,围合出示范区前场宽阔的广场空间,独具匠心的入口背景采用菱形宝石装饰,以及菱形拼接墙面,与前厅大门菱形门梁遥相呼应。

The demonstration area fully reflects the fusion of classical and modern metropolitan architectural styles, using geometric elements to design a dynamic architectural landscape. The entrance is both classical and modern, with a calm and airy entrance, enclosing a wide square space in the front of the demonstration area. The unique entrance background is decorated with diamond-shaped gemstones, and the diamond-shaped spliced walls echo the diamond-shaped door beam of the front lobby.

菱形几何构造,塑造出一种兼具平衡和力量并且有秩序的美,这与大都会追求的绝对对称、均衡的比例、人性的尺度不谋而合。在氤氲的灯光与活力的水花烘托之下,不仅形成了前场的领域感,还展现让客户“一眼定情”的形象展示。

The geometry of the rhombus shapes a beauty of balance, strength and order, which coincides with the absolute symmetry, balanced proportions and human scale of the metropolis. Under the dense light and vibrant water, it not only creates a sense of domain in the foreground, but also presents an image that makes the client "fixate at a glance".






经典的轴线对称式廊道设计,采用整形灌木和大体量红叶石楠柱倾力打造,结合星光灯与广告绿幕,强调仪式感的同时诠释企业品牌实力。

The classic axis symmetrical corridor design, the use of orthopedic shrubs and large volume of red leaf heather pillars to create, combined with starlight and advertising green screen, emphasizing the sense of ritual while interpreting the strength of corporate brand.

幽深的树阵夹道、均匀对称的红叶石楠阵列排布、修剪整齐的灌木篱、“落座”于绿色植被中的景观灯具,不仅提供了售楼处由内向外观赏的良好视觉体验,更营造出一处充满进深感、层次感的步道空间提升客户对后场场景的神秘感和“窥探欲”。

The deep tree lanes, the uniform and symmetrical arrangement of red heather, the neatly trimmed hedges, and the landscape lamps that "sit" in the green vegetation, not only provide a good visual experience of the sales office from the inside out, but also create a deep, layered walkway space to enhance the mystery and "prying eyes" of customers to the backyard scene.





示范区前场区域打造大型水景景观结合中心雕塑设计,在突出建筑主体的同时渲染整体氛围效果与感官体验,对景景观采用折角式设计,在工法上提出精细化的高要求。设计建筑的倒影,水景的跳跃,景墙的光耀,无不体现着示范区的高贵与内敛的气质。

The front field area of the demonstration area to create a large water landscape combined with the central sculpture design, highlighting the main body of the building while rendering the overall atmosphere effect and sensory experience, the scenic landscape using a folded angle design, in terms of engineering methods to put forward the high requirements of refinement. The reflection of the design building, the jump of the water feature and the glow of the scenic wall all reflect the noble and introverted temperament of the demonstration area.

恢弘大气的售楼处简洁的线条大片高透光、低反射玻璃,打造出通透、明媚的极简风,突出大都会建筑典雅端庄的质感。

The simple lines of the sales office of the Hong Hong large high-transmittance, low-reflection glass, creating a transparent, bright minimalist style, highlighting the elegant and dignified texture of metropolitan architecture.

通过示范区进入样板房,后场以植物组团为主要营造手法,突出其幽静私密的空间特质,使得空间与客户在心理上产生共鸣。

The showroom is entered through the demonstration area, and the backyard is mainly created by plant clusters, highlighting the secluded and private nature of the space, making the space resonate psychologically with the client.
