The project is located near by the estuary of Pudong New District in Shanghai, and the natural landscape resources have high exploitable value. Its unique geographical location and environmental advantages provide a higher plasticity for the project.
On the basis of the original scheme and break the original layout and form. A new commercial block is created by 19 independent commercial units. Each unit is rented separately and connected by the terrace on the second floor to form the roof garden. 场地给人的第一印象即为其大量的覆盖植被，所以如何针对现场已存的植被进行定制化设计也成为本项目的一大难点。为了得到准确的数据并制定合理的退让保护策略，在甲方与测绘单位的共同协助下对场地内的各项数据进行了多次的测绘。经多次测量之后，沿江及场地西侧保留大型乔木共38棵，其中改造建筑粮仓周围有保护乔木 13株，大夫第保留建筑有沿江保护乔木 7株，自来水厂保留建筑周围有保护乔木 11株以及上大夫院子建筑周围有保护乔木 7株。测绘数据包含保留树种的树冠影响范围（S）、树高（H）及海拔高度（A）。

The design of the project integrates different functional formats and combines with the environmental resources of the country park to form a tourist distribution center and a dynamic commercial block in the port area.
The project takes the courtyard as the planning elements, creates the experiential commercial space through the design method of space enclosure, and forms an impressive three-dimensional public service block；At the same time, combining with the advantages of being close to the airport, integrating the resources of online tourism service platform and the country parks, the project constructs a complex travel service center. With the minimalist modeling of de-stylization and the artistic flavor of seaside style, the building is designed to be a unique benchmarking commercial tourism community in a superior ecological environment.
项目总用地面积为64754平方米（约为96亩）, 一期用地范围31900平方米（约为48亩）, 其中23300平方米（约为35亩），大约占比73%。基于适建范围的分布与场地高度的变化，可将项目分为四大片区并基于对场地8个维度因素的评估，将场地高程梳理出三个台地，不同高度上的设计，同时解决视线交流，产品分级，高差处理的问题。同时基于场地内原始记忆点及景观节点打造，形成以王母洞自来水厂为公共开放区域，一心两翼六片区的规划理念设计。

Among them, the granary area is the first gateway area to be started. We hope to see the inheritance and preservation of historical and cultural elements in the new building, so the main granary was demolished and rebuilt. The use of the original construction materials while retaining its traditional elements enables local residents and visitors to remember what the place was like in the first place. The two grain storage stations on the side of the cliff will be replaced by a new apartment building, which will also use local traditional black brick as the skin material, and combine the unique bamboo weaving in Sichuan and Chongqing area to form an impressive facade impression. After this, the hotel villas along the river and the side of the cliff will be built in succession.
