The project is located at Kaiyuan Avenue, Zhoukou. The architectural design inherits Zhoukou's context and uses modern language to deduce a history of urban change. The overall layout is based on the concept of "urban reception hall", with the building as the main body. Through the strip front space, "urban reception hall" and WYSIWYG "living room back garden" that is what you see, it shows a modern and fashionable image of the first development area.

▼主体透视，subject perspective

建筑主体以几个体块的穿插和嵌套来表达体块之间的主次关系、核心主题与入口关系。整个建筑形体的母体是一个有着帷帆纹理的玻璃矩形体，核心主题是中段的大跨度的玻璃展示空间，以及二层往外侧挑出的U型玻璃盒子，入口空间打破矩形和直角的体量，以高9.2米的椭圆柱体作为突破和变化，形成入口空间。

The main body of the building expresses the primary and secondary relationship, the core theme and the entrance relationship between the blocks by the interpenetration and nesting of several blocks. The body of the whole building is a glass rectangular body with drapery texture. The core theme is the large-span glass display space in the middle section, and the U-shaped glass box that is picked out from the outside of the second floor. The entrance space breaks through the rectangular and right angle volumes, with the elliptical cylinder of 9.2m high as the breakthrough and change, forming the entrance space.

周口，古代为三川之地，商贸重镇，百舸争流，千帆云集。我们在做设计概念提炼的时候，就从帷帆入手。我们选择风拂过帷帆时产生的纹理，去凝固这样一种瞬间的、动态的表现，抽象帷帆和纹理，最终确定以菱形为基本形状，并以此为玻璃幕墙表皮的基本母题。在幕墙选择平面还是折面的过程中，我们权衡建筑表现与建筑技术，最终以局部做折面、整体做平面处理外表皮幕墙。玻璃选择了不同的反射率，根据不同时间、不同天气、不同季节出现不同程度的反射表现。

Zhoukou, an ancient place of three rivers, is a major trading town, with hundreds of boats competing for the best and thousands of sails gathering. When we refine the design concept, we start with drapery and sail. We choose the texture produced when the wind blows over the drapery to solidify such an instantaneous and dynamic performance, abstract the drapery and texture, and finally determine the diamond shape as the basic shape, which is the basic motif of the glass curtain wall surface. In the process of selecting plane folding surface for curtain wall, we weigh the architectural expression and architectural technology, and finally make partial folding surface and overall plane processing surface external curtain wall. Different reflectance is selected for glass, and different reflex manifestations according to different time, weather and season.

入口空间极力打造空间的冲击感，为此在设计时也极力做到了9.2米的高度和接近8.2米的室内净高高度。整个椭圆柱体保持完整和通透，所有的构建都以能做到的最小最薄的方式处理。

The entrance space strives to create the impact of the space, so it also strives to achieve a height of 9.2 meters and a net height of nearly 8.2 meters in the design. The entire elliptical cylinder remains intact and transparent, and all construction is handled in the smallest and thinnest way possible.

二层出挑的U型玻璃，每片高度高5.25米，内部空腔布置衬墙和灯光，极大的体现了材料特性。夜晚或者节日，灯光亮起，光线明暗、若隐若现，如同一个舞台剧和皮影戏的戏剧化效果上演，众人驻足，观看和联想，如同会客厅一般的包容与展现，这也是我们想传递的概念。

The U-shaped glass protruding from the second floor is 5.25M high. The interior cavity is lined with walls and lights, which greatly embodies the material characteristics. At night or festival, the light is bright, dark and looming, just like the dramatic effect of a stage play and shadow play. People stop, watch and associate, just like the reception hall, which is the concept we want to convey.

项目内院景观是所见即所得，所以在设计时就考虑最终的交付情况，在做建筑设计时就做足了景观展示面，用大片玻璃幕墙个格栅处理背立面，以便在交付后，中心景观能充分展现给室内的人。

The landscape of the inner courtyard of the project is WYSIWYG, so the final delivery is considered in the design. When doing architectural design, we have made enough landscape display surfaces, and treated the back elevation with large glass curtain walls and grilles, so that after delivery, the central landscape can be fully displayed to the indoor people.
